What do you like best?
The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing PDFs with ease. Being able to access and edit a pdf no matter where I am as long as I have internet access, even if I don't have my computer with me and/or don't have access to my cloud storage.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
An Individualized Education Program (IEP) is a special education high school diploma typically awarded to individuals receiving special education services. Requirements for these types of diplomas are unique to each student's needs/abilities and may not provide access to the general education curriculum.
While an IEP 'diploma' is recognition of an individual student's achievement of his or her educational goals based on the appropriate level of the learning standards as specified in the student's current IEP, it is not a standards-based diploma and not recognized in this State as equivalent to a regular high school

a. The Alternate Diploma is a diploma that is allowable under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSAY) issued in accordance with USE Board Rule R277-705-5 for a student who is determined through the IEP process to be a student. The Alternate Diploma is not based solely on meeting a student's IEP goals.
A high school diploma signifies that a student has met all the requirements for graduation. A certificate of completion signifies that a student has completed high school but did not meet some requirements for graduation.
Certificates consist of courses that help you develop career competency in a single subject. A diploma is similar to certification but is usually more in depth. Many schools offer diploma programs in nursing, for instance, which is generally a two-year program of course work and on the job training.
If your son has an IEP, he is eligible for special education until he graduates from high school with a *regular high school diploma* or ages out at age 22. Do not accept a certificate. The certificate is meaningless and will not help him get a job, get further education or be self-sufficient and independent.
Fact: To qualify for special education services (and an IEP), a student must meet two criteria. First, he must be formally diagnosed as having a disability as defined under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Learn more about the process of getting an IEP with our IEP Roadmap.
