Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

The Assign Requisite Field Log feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily manage and track the required fields in your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to work with in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Assign Requisite Field Log' button located in the toolbar.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains a list of all the required fields in the document.

To assign a field, simply click on it in the sidebar. The field will be highlighted in the document, making it easy to locate and fill in.

You can also use the search bar at the top of the sidebar to quickly find a specific field.

If you want to remove a field from the requisite field log, simply click on it again in the sidebar. The field will no longer be highlighted in the document.

To navigate between fields, you can use the arrow buttons at the top of the sidebar. These buttons allow you to move to the previous or next field in the log.

Once you have filled in all the required fields, you can save the document or continue editing as needed.
