It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

What do you like best?
PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.
What do you dislike?
The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. Honestly, I have them bookmarked on my webpage so that if/when I need their services again, I'll definitely be going back!

definitely easy to use. however some date fields do not have the "calendar" option, so you are forced to manually enter the date. That could be made easier.

On the View menu, click Normal. Select the thumbnail of the slide you want to add notes to. The notes' pane will appear beneath your slide. Click where it says Click to add notes and type whatever notes you'd like to add. To hide the notes' pane, click the Notes button on the task bar.
Click Show Presenter View on the list to view your notes on your laptop screen and hide the notes from the slideshow screen. The Presenter View displays the current side, the next slide, a timer, a task bar on top and a control bar on the bottom.
Highlight an area of text and click the Insert Comment button. Type your comment into the balloon. Click the Reviewing Pane button. Changes made to the document, and the user who made them, are shown in the pane below the document.
