Click the Insert tab or the Message tab. On the Insert tab, click Outlook Item in the Include group. In the Look In list, click Contacts. Select the appropriate contact in the Items list. To the right, choose Text Only from the Insert As options. Click OK and Outlook inserts the information in the body of the email.
Attach card to Email Message Click the Attached File icon on the ribbon bar. After the Insert File window appears, browse to the folder where you saved the card file. Highlight the filename of the card and then click Insert. Click the Send button to to send the email and the attached card to the recipient.

Attach card to Email Message Click the Attached File icon on the ribbon bar. After the Insert File window appears, browse to the folder where you saved the card file. Click the Attachment a File link under the Subject input field, select the contact information file you exported and click Open. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file onto the Gmail screen to attach the file to the email. Click the Send button.
In any card view, drag the contact card and drop it into the body of an open message. Right-click the contact, and on the shortcut menu, point to Send Full Contact, and then click In Internet Format (card).
