While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

I like to use PDF filler.com because I can fill the entire form on the computer, except the places where I need to sign it. Also, it has an option to fill the form on the computer or print it out with blank spaces which I can fill it out manually with a pen. Finally, I only pay for the program as long as my subscription is active.

It'd be helpful if there was a visual display on the side when selecting a document, so that I could see what I'm looking at and have the ability to rename it without completely opening it.

Easy to use, unlike other fill and sign apps, it can tell the right size text. It can tell the what parts of the document requires the text. The variety of templates to use for common forms needed for most people. Also a generous 30 day trial A ++++

Honestly- it is not straigth forward tool- you need to spend time and learn how to use it so it is not exceptionally user friendly.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is very easy to use. No experience needed and provided a simple and worry free solution for one of my customers. I have started using it for o create and make changes to forms, contracts, shipping documents and much more. All of my customers are impressed with the fast turn around and the add on service I can provide them with. The program has paid for itself on many occasions.
What do you dislike?
When uploading some new documents it is not always to change the text to fit my needs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have customers that do not have the employees on hand to make last minute changes to shipping documents. I am able to do this for them and ease their issues at the last minute. This allows me to build stronger relationships/

The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. This is what we've been looking for for all of our fillable forms and for obtaining e-signatures and it's at the best price point for businesses! PDFfiller has great customer support
PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough.
But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service.
I've never seen any other CS that would respond so quickly, be so attentive and managed to resolve my issue so promptly.

Can I fax over Ethernet?
Businesses looking to save some money can use an Ethernet connection to send faxes over the Internet. Faxing over an Ethernet connection allows you to fax documents using a fax-to-email service, online fax service or directly from your printer.
Does FAX work over SIP?
Yes, but you have to be creative about it. If you're using an old school fax machine, the only way to get SIP and fax to cooperate with each other is to use a VoIP Gateway and Analog Adapter that supports T38 (a protocol that allows faxes to travel over VoIP networks).
Does FAX work over VoIP?
Can You Fax Over VoIP? Technically speaking, yes, a business can send and receive faxes over a VoIP network. But the more you know about VoIP, the less confident you will be entrusting it with your company's important fax transmissions, especially if you are doing a high volume of faxing.
Can you use a fax with NBN?
Some fax machines will work using the analogue telephone adapter (ATA). Unfortunately due to the nature of the NBN and how voice and fax calls are transmitted over the Internet some machines will not work reliably using the ATA. To send faxes we can offer a solution where you scan and email to fax.
How do I connect fax to VoIP?
If you want to continue using your old fax machine, and you want to connect it to your VoIP phone system, it's best to use a VoIP Gateway and an ATA (Analog Telephony Adapter) that supports T38. T38 is a protocol designed to allow fax to travel over a VoIP network.
How do you fix a busy signal on a fax machine?
unplug the telephone wire from the telephone wall jack.
Unplug the AC power cord for 30 seconds.
Plug the telephone cord back into the wall jack.
Connect the power plug back into the AC receptacle.

In the “To:” field, enter the recipient's fax number followed by @efaxsend.com. For example:
