Perfect Software for Small Business I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system. Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images. Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

Works well with scanned pdfs to You can wite-out on the page when you need to change some data. You can highlight, it has most features like other pdf programs. The time it takes to upload takes longer than with adobe acrobat.

Click on the View Footnote Area radio button and then click on OK. Using the Notes drop-down list at the top of the Footnotes window, choose Footnote Separator. Word displays the current separator in the window.
The Footnotes' pane appears at the bottom of your document. You can edit the color or style of the separator by choosing options on the Home tab, or, to delete the separators, click Footnote Separator in the Footnotes list, and then select and delete the separator line.
When Jim prints his document, the footnotes appear as they should at the bottom of each page. Just above the footnotes and below the page's text is the footnote separator. It lines up with the indented first line of a normal paragraph. ... The footnote separator is inserted, automatically, by Word in its own paragraph.
A note pane shall open at the bottom of the screen. Click the drop-down button to select Footnote Separator. Then click to have the separator in selection. Press either Backspace or Delete to remove the separator.
Go to the View tab, then choose Draft. Go to the References tab and click Show Footnotes. (... In the drop-down list that appears in the Footnotes area, choose Footnote Separator. Delete any extra spaces, carriage returns etc. ... Repeat for the other one I think it was Continuous Footnote Separator.
Click in a footnote or end note. Choose View — Styles and Formatting. Right-click the Paragraph Style that you want to modify, for example, “Footnote”, and choose To modify. Click the Borders tab. In the Default area, click the Set Top and Bottom Borders Only icon. In the Line area, click a line in the Style list.
When in Draft mode, you need to click on Show Notes in the Footnotes section of the References tab of the ribbon and then select the Footnote Separator from the dropdown at the top of the footnotes pane and format the paragraph to remove the space before it. I'm not sure what to change to remove the space.
Using the Footnotes drop-down list at the top of the Footnotes window, choose Footnote Separator. The current separator appears in the window, and the insertion point should be within the separator. Use Word's regular formatting tools to change the paragraph indentation on the separator.
REMEMBER!! Single-space within notes; double-space between notes. End notes should be placed in a separate section entitled Notes (not End notes) at the end of the entire paper and immediately preceding the bibliography.
