Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. The shift/delete cut worked, but the shift/insert paste didn't. Just need a little time to find my groove. All I can say right now is: Bye, Bye handwritten forms. dc macdonald

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Zero-hour contract. A zero-hour contract is a type of contract between an employer and a worker, where the employer is not obliged to provide any minimum working hours, while the worker is not obliged to accept any work offered.
Workers on a zero-hour contract have the following employment rights: I thought zero hours contracts worth both ways. They don't have to give me any hours and I don't have to work all the hours offered.” (1) Workers cannot be forced to only work for one employer during this period and may refuse work offered.
Zero hours contracts are employment contracts which do not give the worker a set amount of hours that they are entitled to receive work. Under the zero-hour contract, the hours you are required to work may be different each week, and you have the option of either accepting these hours or declining to work these hours.
Zero-hours workers are entitled to statutory annual leave and the National Minimum Wage in the same way as regular workers. You cannot do anything to stop a zero-hours worker from getting work elsewhere. The law says they can ignore a clause in their contract if it bans them from: looking for work.
If a worker on a zero-hour contract works for a long enough period of time, they may become entitled to full employee status, and therefore the employment rights of an employee. It's therefore a good idea to keep zero-hour contracts under regular review.
A contract of employment is a legal agreement between the employer and the employee. Its terms cannot lawfully be changed by the employer without agreement from the employee (either individually or through a recognized trade union). Your employer should not breach equality laws when changing contract terms.
Zero-hours workers are entitled to statutory annual leave and the National Minimum Wage in the same way as regular workers. You cannot do anything to stop a zero-hours worker from getting work elsewhere. The law says they can ignore a clause in their contract if it bans them from: looking for work.
There is a common misunderstanding that a zero-hours contract worker has no statutory rights. This is not true. You will be entitled to basic statutory employment rights such as the National Minimum Wage (NEW), holiday pay and statutory rest breaks, based on the hours that you are required to work.
