Great product...relatively easy to use
Great product...relatively easy to use, especially if one is familiar with this type of document editing app. I am please with how much of a time-saver it is. I couldn't give 5-stars because the cost of the "Full Version" is really too expensive for me, but other than that, it's a very handy tool.

Excellent tool for managing and editing PDFs
This is a very convenient place to manage pdf documents. The lay out is simple and organized. I love that I can create templates and use those over and over as needed. Very handy tool.

How do you add a new field with a long text data type?
Open the table in Data sheet View. If necessary, scroll horizontally to the first blank field. Select Click to Add and then select Long Text from the list. Double-click the new header row, and then type a meaningful name for the new field. Save your changes.
How do you change a field to a long text data type?
Select the field whose data type you want to change. Select the Fields tab, then locate the Formatting group. Click the Data Type drop-down arrow. Select the desired data type. Selecting a new field data type. The field data type will be changed.
Can you change the datatype of any field to autonumber?
Overhead. You can't change to autonumber when data is already there. You would have to add a new column, assign it's datatype as autonumber and then delete the old column and then rename the new column the old column name.
How do I change a field to short text in access?
Right-click the document tab for the new table and click Design View. In the Field Name column, select the first blank row, and then type a name for the field. Select the adjacent cell in the Data Type column, and then select Short Text from the list. Save your changes.
