It is a desire brought to life. I don't have much experience with PDF accounts, so I couldn't tell you in detail about how good this account works. However, it has done what I needed it to do w when I needed it to do so.Thanks. :-)

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
There are ways that landlords and tenants can make changes to the lease agreement. ... A lease addendum gives the tenant some power in approving or negotiating the change, because it cannot take effect unless both parties agree and sign. The change only occurs if they both enter into that agreement.
When a landlord and tenant sign a lease agreement it forms a legally binding contract. The lease cannot be altered except through another written agreement signed by both parties unless the original lease specifically gives a party the power to change something on their own.
Once you sign a lease, you and your landlord are both legally bound to it. The landlord can't arbitrarily make up new rules and force you to live by them. That doesn't mean, though, that you and your landlord don't have any options. If you and your landlord both agree, you can alter your lease at any time.
The lease cannot be altered except through another written agreement signed by both parties unless the original lease specifically gives a party the power to change something on their own. ... Therefore, both parties will normally need to draw up a lease amendment agreement and sign it.
This means that no one else especially not your landlord, not a co-tenant or not a subtenant (if you have one)can renew your lease for you, without your knowledge or consent. Only toucan renew, or cause to be renewed, your residential lease. ... Some leases include an automatic renewal.
From listing your property, signing your lease, to having your new tenants move in, the whole process should take 60 days. In the first 30 days, you should: List your property online. Manage tenant interest.
A lease addendum can also be defined as rental agreement between tenants and landlord wherein, it states all the expectations and rules about your rental period. Most of the landlords decided to add lease addendum to their tenants in order to meet their certain needs.
The addendum can be used to add to, subtract from, or compliment the agreement that is already in place. The document will modify the terms of the original agreement and will legally control whatever its subject is about. Unlike an addendum, an amendment to a lease involves changing the original contract itself.
Some lease contracts are void. A voided contract is called void “on its face,” meaning that it cannot be enforced by anyone. A court treats a voided lease as if it doesn't exist. Even if one party does everything she needs to do under the lease, she cannot compel the other party to perform its obligations.
The lease cannot be altered except through another written agreement signed by both parties unless the original lease specifically gives a party the power to change something on their own. For instance, the lease may allow the landlord to change the rules on having animals at any time.
