I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? Overall, I have been satisfied with PDFfiller
The software works just like advertised. I love that it is super reliable to work when I need it.
The user interface was slightly challenging to get used to but after that, it has been nice.

Excellent, easy to use and saves a lot of time
It has saved me time mainly and a lot of hassles in getting physical signatures.
I have signed and shared documents within minutes rather than signing/scanning or mailing.
If you want to save time and get your documents signed ASAP, PDFfiller is a must have software. You can use it anywhere as long as you're online and you can edit it too without any hassles. It's very affordable.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!
