Works well. Had some issues with conversion time at first, seems to work well. Also had a few issues where the recipient of a PDFfiller email document, could not open the document. I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie

No hassle customer service
I accidentally ordered this product, but I have no need of it. I requested a refund and received it immediately with courtesy and absolutely no hassle. If the product is as good as the customer service, you will have a good experience here.

There should not be an option for…
There should not be an option for alteration on the PDF document. For example, when I tried to type my name, I made a mistake and I back space the mistake but I ended up deleting the line on the original PDF document. A program like this should not give me the option to do that. Other than that, I felt like PDF Filer got the job done for me.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.
