I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! I appreciate the different features to edit the documents. I primarily used it for my studies, where I have to closely read a large amount of texts and am not always able or willing to print them (also due to ecological reasons).
However something that annoyed me somewhat is the fact, that one can not edit the font of individual words in a textbox. For example when I want to underline a specific word in a sentence, it automatically underlines the whole passage.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!

Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

Can a player refuse the franchise tag?
As Bell displayed last year, a player can simply refuse to sign the franchise or transition tag tender. However, that player is not able to play in the NFL unless the tender is signed.
Does a player have to accept franchise tag?
Only one player per team, per season, can receive a franchise tag. It's either an average of the five largest salaries at the offered players' position at the end of restricted free agency this season, or 120 percent of the offered player's current salary whichever is greater.
Does an NFL player have to accept the franchise tag?
However, if a new agreement is signed before the new NFL year officially begins on March 18, teams will be only be allowed to use either the franchise or the transition tag this spring. Once a player gets tagged, that's when the real drama begins. Both sides have until mid-July to negotiate a long-term contract.
