Customer focused with good features
I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

Just what I have been looking for
Just what I have been looking for. Very easy to operate once you get the swing of it. Typing over erasures may be a bit tricky, but you have to insert text in a blank space and then you will be abe to move your text over the erasure without any difficulty.

A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! Although I do find it a bit difficult to find some of the forms that I am searching for I do like the program completely because it offers me the flexibility to take care of my business and to edit the necessary forms needed for my work. But I wish you would get a larger database of forms and templates for us to draw upon.
