I am loving it so far. Their customer service is excellent in terms of response time and solving the problem. I actually unsubscribed after realizing that the cost was $20 monthly. But I had the option of paying annually and saved some money. So far I am having a great experience with PDF filler.

took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL
