Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. pdfFiller is an incredible alternative to the usual expectation of printing out pdf documents, signing them by hand, and scanning them back into the computer for an email. It allows me to be able to quickly fill out word docs or pdf docs without the extra stress of typing between the lines and the remote signature option is the best part. It's a great option and I really appreciate being able to use it.

Makes Working Easier!
My experience has been wonderful. I cannot complain one bit.
Who doesn't like to be able to edit or create PDF forms! I handle tons of PDF and word document forms all day and this software is most definitely helpful in completing my tasks.
Are you kidding?! There are not cons at all. PDF filler literally keeps me from having to print documents to fill them.

Such a great company
Such a great company. I will use PDFfiller in the future. My company overlooked our Subscription yearly fee which was our fault. I contacted PDFfiller support, Ryan, and explained our oversight. Without questioning he offered to refund our yearly Subscription, which he did, knowing we made a mistake. We received a confirmation refund email 2 minutes after Ryan connected with me. I will always do business with companies of integrity like PDFfiller. Well done
