What do you like best?
We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.

We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.

I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Because of the excellent customer service experience my PDfFiller representative delivered I proceeded with a one-year commitment of service and recommended these services to my family member.

I found that I no longer needed pdfFiller but the subscription was renewed. Upon advising prfFiller they promptly refunded the subscription. A good and honest company.

Not very user friendly
Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...

pdfFiller is a major player
pdfFiller is a major player, it seems to have everything I would ever need. It has been impossible to find anything as good. Also, it is intuitive I have limited computer experience and only once had to contact learner support and than they could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

The experience is great because there have been some documents that I needed to change, but for the free trial I wasn't expected to get charged at all. It's free for a reason. That's all apart from that, it's a great tool to have.

How do I vote by mail?
Any registered voter may vote using a vote-by-mail ballot instead of going to the polls on Election Day. After you have voted, insert your ballot in the envelope provided, making sure you complete all required information on the envelope.
When should I receive my vote by mail ballot?
Your ballot is mailed to you at least 18 days before each election. Your ballot packet will include a ballot, a secrecy envelope, and a return envelope. Follow the instructions that accompany your ballot. If you are a registered voter and do not receive your ballot, contact your county elections department.

What if I didn't get my voting ballot?

How do I get my ballot mailed to me?
Voters Who Reside in the U.S. Get your absentee ballot from your state or territory. Visit your state or territorial election office website and look for Absentee Voting or Voting By Mail. If you don't see either term, try using the site's search tool.
How do I know if my absentee ballot was counted?
You are able to check the status of your absentee by mail or advance in-person ballot (early voting) but not your provisional ballot through the Secretary of State's My Voter Page. Enter your information and select the Click here for Absentee Ballot status link on the lower, left-hand side of the page.
How do I get a mail-in ballot in Florida?
If you are using the FCA to register to vote, you must mail the form. Addresses can be found in the “Local Election Offices” section or online at FLAP.gov. If you are already registered and are using the FCA to request an absentee ballot, you can mail, email or fax your signed form to your election official.
What if I did not receive my vote by mail ballot?
If you do not bring your vote-by-mail ballot with you, you will not lose your opportunity to vote at a polling place on Election Day.
