I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

IT WAS VERY USEFUL TOMUSE. I WAS ABLE TO SEND MAILPIECE TO MY RECEIVER. IT WAS OKAY BUT THERE WERE MINOR ISSUE AS TO UPLOADING THINGS I WANTED TO FAX OR TO SEND OVER IT WAS A COMLPLICATION WITH THAT.

When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. This allowed me to meet my deadline and send each completed form with password protection so the client knew I took his privacy seriously. Thank you, PDF Filler, for providing this great platform!

What do you like best?
This app has been immensely useful. There have been times when I am not at my desk and needed to fill out some forms and this app allowed to me to do so right on my phone. This is life saving productivity.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I disliked was the many screen you need to go through to finally start using it. Other than that, the app is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great app. It just takes a few minutes of patience to get through the screens.

One of the most powerful PDF tools.
With PDFfiller we reduce considerable all of our copies and printing. Now, it's way easier to work with PDF and we don't need fisic paper in our desks.
It also reduce our costs since we use way less paper than before.
This software definitely have so many functionalities, that makes it almost impossible no use it all. The many options to edit and do whatever you want with the PDF makes this software one of the bests.
It could have a longer free trial period.
