I wish I didn't have to pay. I would have found another free site, like going to SSI site, but I had already filled in all the blanks and it was so time consuming that it wasn't worth the effort. I will cancel as soon as I get the bill.

We have been using pdfFiller over the last few years for thousands of forms for our offices. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The IT tech support is top-notch. IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. Easy to work with and fast responding time. I did not use it as much as I thought, and thought I had canceled it but apparently did not. They helped and refunded the money without question in a very quick time.

The software worked great but didn’t…
The software worked great but didn’t quite fit my needs as a student who uses pdf editing 90% of the time to write with a stylus for exams. The reason I gave them 5 stars is for customer service. They were very kind and helpful when I contacted them about my account.

Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.

I love how customizable the website makes any file. Its exactly what I was looking for in order to fill out various forms due to the pandemic. Ways to communicate are different now and this website is definitely with the times.
