Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

Simple, no BS
Simple, fast, easy. No BS like so many other "free" pdf add-ons. No issues upload, editing, or resaving any of my content. No changes in the PDF while getting in or upload.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. this was perfect i had to file a court document and had to use this several times bc its the only way i could get MD to accept the forms!

I contacted on support person and she acted like I was naive. I closed support and reopened and got Kara. She had me operational in 2 minutes.

Some times the app isn't intuitive. I have had dificulty with the earaser. Could be I haven't had your instructional course and Im doing something wrong.

Very good service
Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. That was all the money I had. I got in touch with the customer support team and they refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 10* customer service - love you PDFFiller!
