I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. Can you vote by email?

Any registered voter may vote using a vote-by-mail ballot instead of going to the polls on Election Day. After you have voted, insert your ballot in the envelope provided, making sure you complete all required information on the envelope.
Can you vote in person if you are registered to vote by mail?
Even if you receive your vote-by-mail ballot, you can change your mind and vote at a polling place on Election Day. To do so, you can: Then bring the sealed envelope to any polling place in your county, or to your county elections office between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
Can permanent vote by mail vote in person?
Register to Vote As part of registering to vote, you are given the option to become a permanent vote-by-mail voter, which means you would automatically receive a ballot in the mail before each election.
