experience good so far. just subscribed and I'm still learning my way around,but I alredy like it. Ist meeting my purpose . But I wish they had a PDF to word converter included. My only problem is that when I save it in my computer even in word I'm not able to edit it.I can only edit on PDFiller.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

I'm barely new but I really like it already.. pdfFiller is an awesome tool for any/all types of documents/documentation needs or requests, and I am not to computer savvy so I would really like to attend a webinar to learn how to use the full capabilities pdfFiller has to offer in general. so far I am TOTALLY satisfied! Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.
