PDF Filler is great
PDF Filler is great, I only gave it 4 Stars because the amount of features and functionality can be confusing and the interface is a little out-dated, but this is the most complete PDF solution available.

This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise.
My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.

PDFfiller has made editing PDFs much easier than the Acrobat PDF. The editing features are laid out in an understandable manner. I would definitely recommend this product.

What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.

What is an advance invoice?
Advance invoice is a request for advance payment by way of an invoice sent before delivery. Advance invoices are always connected to a customer order. When the last delivery for an order is invoiced, the final amount due reflects any advance payment made.
How do I record an advance payment in Quickbooks?
Select + New. Click on 'Advance Payment' option under Suppliers. Select the supplier from the drop-down for “Payee” Select the account through which the payment is made in “Choose an account” drop. Enter the Payment Date.
How is advance payment treated in accounting?
Advance payments are recorded as a prepaid expense in accrual accounting for the entity issuing the advance. Advanced payments are recorded as assets on the balance sheet. As these assets are used they are expended and recorded on the income statement for the period in which they are incurred.
