I needed a form and you were able to supply it. The problem is that I only needed that one form and would be unlikely to use this service frequently enough for the fees to be worth it for me. I think this could be a very valuable service for those who would be in a place to make use of it.

Only used twice but each time I was pleased with the features and ease of use. The only negative is that it is difficult to save files. I had to use a two step process of saving to PDF Filler then copying to my local drive.

Pretty straight forward but when you want to print multiple forms of the same type I don't see a way to easily clear the info, I have to overwrite or clear each field manually. Thank you, Fred McFaddin

I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. It is sometimes difficult to execute certain tasks when the pre-highlighted boxes appear.

I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.

The app notifies me of when someone fills out my form.

The integration from the link in the email to the app on my phone. For some reason, there is a disconnect.

If you have customizations and processes you wish to conform E-signature function in your documents, PDF Filler is a great tool. Great for contract-heavy and approval-required documents for our business. Great for folks who have medium to advanced level of word processing abilities and technical capabilities with graphic apps. If that's you, you will be a quick study. If you find it dificult to work in a Word document or Powerpoint or other types of programs, this app will have a learning curve for you.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

How do you black out something on a PDF?
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
How do you redact in PDF?
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Drag cursor over the text you want to redact to select it. Right-click over selected text and choose Edit and then Redact from the right-click menu.
