A get to much error on conversion files from one format to another. Also having some issues with saving the files to my desktop.

I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. "Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation.
