I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. This is an excellent tool to use to complete paperwork to save and email or fax back on the fly. You can print afterward, or as soon as you complete your paperwork. Saves so much time, and paper, as you don't have to print.complete.scan and then send.

Very good user friendly software. The only negative was the advertised payment of showing a monthly amount but the company deducted the whole 12 months in one lump sum.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

I am a financial Advisor in Edmonton, Alberta Canada
I have been a Broker for 46 years and I use to have an admin assistant that handled all my paperwork
But now I work from home, no admin person or receptionist, I am Chief Bottle washer & Cook
I chatted with Bob Today on a Technical issue on the size of a PDF, He was able to reduce it

I only needed it for one purpose, to make my client's insurance claim sheets a fillable form so I wouldn't have to freehand it. After the initial struggle to get it structured right it works wonderfully

What do you like best?
No more filling in forms with my handwriting.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I have found it be very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.
