Black Out Photo Form: edit PDF documents from anywhere

As PDF is the most widely used file format in business transactions, having the right PDF editor is important.

In case you hadn't used PDF file type for your business documents before, you can switch to it anytime — it is easy to convert any other format into PDF. This makes creating and sharing most document types easy. You can also create just one PDF to replace multiple files of different formats. It is ideal for basic presentations and easy-to-read reports.

Though there are many PDFs editing solutions available, it’s hard to find one that covers all the features available on the market at a reasonable cost.

Use pdfFiller to annotate documents, edit and convert them into many other formats; fill them out and add a signature, or send to other users. All you need is in the same browser window. You don’t have to install any applications.

Use one of these methods to upload your form template and start editing:

01
Upload a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the link to your sample.
03
Search for the form you need from the catalog.
04
Upload a document from a cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Change a page order. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Ask other users to fill out the fields. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Love it I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues. Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking. The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

For this method, you will need to use MS Paints in Windows. Any version of MS Paint will do. Next, prepare the image that you wish to censor. Once you're all set, open the image in MS Paint. Moving on, select Black as your background color then select rectangle or rounded rectangle in the shapes section.
Open your Word document that you want to redact. Bring up the backstage view by clicking File. Go to Info, then Check for Issues and click Inspect Document. On the Document Inspector dialog that appears, select (check) the options available on the list that you wish to inspect.
Open the Redaction toolbar. Use the tool to mark all the items you would like to redact. To redact a line or item in the document, double-click on a word or image. Press CTRL as you drag to select a line, a block of text, an image, or an area of the document. Click OK to remove the selected items.
Open the PDF file to redact in Preview. Black out text using any method you want (e.g. use the rectangle annotation tool with black as the color and choose the thickest border. File > Save As, and choose an image format such as PNG or GIF. Open the saved image file, then File > Save As, and choose PDF.
You can redact parts of an image in three different ways. You can pixelate sensitive details on the image, blur out parts you'd like to make ineligible or cover up sensitive information with a solid black rectangle. Simply tap the Pixelate, Blur or the Black Bar tool at the bottom, then drag with your finger to redact.
Start by opening your portrait photo in the Photos app, then tap Edit. Tap the f/number icon at the top left. Now drag the Depth slider (beneath the photo) left or right to increase or decrease the blur strength. On older iPhones, you don't have the option to adjust blur strength.
Simply tap the Pixelate, Blur or the Black Bar tool at the bottom, then drag with your finger to redact. When you're done, use iOS's multi-purpose Share sheet to upload the redacted image to Facebook, Twitter or elsewhere. Alternatively, copy the image out of Redacted for easy pasting in other apps.
