I used the trial version of PDFfiller for 30 days and it did exactly what I needed. I intended to cancel my subscription on day 30 before I was charged because at the moment I only needed it for one task. They charged me on day 30 but I emailed support and they immediately refunded my money with utmost courtesy. I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.

I started using PDFfiller 2013
I started using PDFfiller in 2013. Recently, my company started providing a program that was free to me. I canceled my subscription thinking to save some money. It only took 4days to realize I wanted PDFfiller back! This program is so simple and straightforward. I have shared this program with many over the years and they always come back thrilled with it. Lawyers, accountants, I am in real estate and always dealing with leases, riders, applications etc. It is worth the $$!

What do you like best?
I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!

Great Functionality, Amazing Customer Support, Great Experience Overall
This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. Highly recommend you give it a go!
