What do you like best?
This app has been immensely useful. There have been times when I am not at my desk and needed to fill out some forms and this app allowed to me to do so right on my phone. This is life saving productivity.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I disliked was the many screen you need to go through to finally start using it. Other than that, the app is great.

It is a great app. It just takes a few minutes of patience to get through the screens.

The eraser feature and the signature features are what I like best

That for some semi-governmental organizations they will only accept a document if Adobe PDF is used and PDF Filler isn't acceptable

All car titles must be signed by the owners listed on the title in order to be registered with the state. If the co-owners names are joined with and then both parties must be present to sell the car. Titles using or between the co-owners' names either party can sell the car without the other party present.
The procedures for transferring ownership are similar to buying or selling a car: the donor must include the odometer disclosure on the title, both parties must sign and date the title, and the recipient must go to the DMV and apply for a new title in his/her name and pay the transfer fee.
It's rare, but it can happen. When you buy a vehicle from a private seller, you take the transferred title to your local DMV and register the car in your name. All the paperwork is taken care of for you if you buy from a dealer. Sometimes a private seller will sell his or her car, but the buyer won't ever register it.
A vehicle title can be notarized by the owner, without having to identify a buyer. Both the buyer and seller sign the title or confirm in person at the notary that they did sign the title. Only the signature of the seller must be notarized.
The buyer does not need to be present for the Seller to complete the Assignment section. But the Seller must have the name and address of the buyer in order to complete the section, and have their signature notarized. No blank spaces!! All Sellers/signers must personally appear before the notary!
When a vehicle is sold, the protocol for the legal transfer to the new owner starts with the seller signing the certificate of title over to the buyer. The failure or inability to transfer title can temporarily leave the buyer without proof of ownership and the seller liable for the vehicle.
The buyer needs to fill out information on the back. On the front of the title, near the middle, the seller must write in the current odometer reading on the vehicle. If the vehicle is also owned by a second person, that person can print and sign their name on the line right below. Turn the title over.
