Its OK Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy. I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

Double-click the Word document that you want to redact in order to open it in Word. Select the text you want to redact. Click and drag your cursor across the text you want to redact to do so. Drop-down arrow to the right of the ab highlighter bar, which is in the “Font” section of the Home tab.
Running the installation again seemed to work. Once you have installed the Word 2007 Redaction Tool, a Redact group is added to the Review tab. To redact, or black out, private text in your document, you first need to mark the text to be redacted. To do this, highlight the desired text and click the Mark button.
Microsoft created the Complex redaction tool for Word 2007 and Word 2010, but Microsoft no longer supports this program. You highlight the words you want to redact and click the Mark button. You can do a search for a specific word(s) in order to mark them all for redaction.
Open your Word document that you want to redact. Bring up the backstage view by clicking File. Go to Info, then Check for Issues and click Inspect Document. On the Document Inspector dialog that appears, select (check) the options available on the list that you wish to inspect.
Open the document which you want to work upon. The screenshot below shows the before state, i.e. before we activate the Hidden feature. Select the text you want to hide from prying eyes. Right click and choose the Font option from the context menu. Under Effects, put a checkmark against Hidden. Click OK.
According to Microsoft, the little black square signifies that there is paragraph formatting applied to that paragraph. To remove the break, you will need to see what formatting is applied to that paragraph.
