prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

easy to use
easy to use, it would be good if you could copy text and paste it i might not have worked out how to do that yet if its there, and insert signature would be helpful, that might be there already but i couldnt find it otherwise its easy to use and easy to send documents

The software worked great but didn’t…
The software worked great but didn’t quite fit my needs as a student who uses pdf editing 90% of the time to write with a stylus for exams. The reason I gave them 5 stars is for customer service. They were very kind and helpful when I contacted them about my account.

I think this is a very good software. It is easy to fill and sign a document or to create your own. I am having some trouble finding a document that I started and did not finish. And I would like to learn everything that it offers.

Can I get out of my lease if there is black mold?
If you have notified your landlord of mold, and he has failed to live up to his responsibilities to clean it up, you likely have grounds to break your lease and move out. This requires landlords to repair any defects that make an apartment uninhabitable, except for those that are caused by tenants directly.
How can I break a lease due to mold?
Get state health inspectors involved. Withhold the rent -- but check your state's laws regarding rent withholding. Pay for mold removal, then deduct it from your rent. Move out and break the lease. Continue to pay rent and sue the landlord.
Can you break a lease if there's mold?
Under certain circumstances, laws may permit residential tenants to break a lease and move out of a rental property. Severe mold infestations may fall under one or more of these habitability standards, and, if severe enough, might allow you to break your lease.
