It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

Is there a spectrum outage in my area?
Call 1-833-267-6094 to find out if you're in a Spectrum TV or internet outage. After entering your phone number, simply ask Am I in an outage?
Is there a spectrum Internet outage in my area?
To check for an outage online: The Check Service Status page opens, displaying a list of your equipment. If there are any outages in your area, an alert such as the following is displayed near the top of the page: “A service disruption is your area has been detected, and we are working diligently to resolve the issue.”

Why is my Spectrum Internet not working?
Unplug the power cord from the back of the modem and remove any batteries. Unplug the power cord from the Wi-Fi router. Allow at least 2 minutes for your router to finish powering on. Check your internet connection to make sure it's working.
