The site is a bit slow, and often will freeze during filling. Otherwise it is well worth the $72.00 I paid although it was supposed to be a free trial for 30 days.

What do you like best?
The result of editing and filling out PDF documents so the end product looks professional and neat.
What do you dislike?
Some of the editing features don't always line up perfectly in the final document. The efile feature is not always accepted for requires signatures.

I can remove text with the delete button rather than having the use the eraser tool
What do you dislike?
If I delete all of the characters from a text box, I have to put a space for it to stick; I can't add or drag in other pdfs to merge them. I have to merge them using a separate tool.

Can be a simple way to fill out documents. I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy. I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Redaction or sanitization is the process of removing sensitive information from a document so that it may be distributed to a broader audience.
Blackout enables the easiest, fastest, and most comprehensive redaction workflows for sensitive information managed in Relativity. Only Blackout automatically redacts native PDF, image, and native Excel files.
Redaction is the retroactive editing of a document to remove confidential material. Attorneys may often need to redact legal documents to protect attorney-client privilege and confidentiality.
While you can black out text as a form of text redaction, it is not technically the same thing. Text redaction includes blacking out, blurring out, deleting, or other means of hiding text in a document. Blacking out text is just one method of redacting text to hide sensitive information.
Creating mass redactions Click the Redaction Mode icon and select Mass Redact from the drop-down menu. The Mass Redact Options pop-up appears. Select the type of redaction to apply. You can select from the following: Specify a range of images to apply the redaction to. Click OK.
