I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.

Step # 3: Highlight the text you want to black out. Step # 4: Right-click on the highlighted text and select "Properties" from the dropdown menu. Step # 5: In the Properties window, click on the "Fill" tab. Step # 6: Choose the color you want to use to black out the text.
Choose Tools > Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text & Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact.
To do this, navigate to Tools and select Redact > Redact Text & Images > Find Text & Redact. This makes it easy to identify and then black out that content throughout the document. You can also specify general patterns, such as phone, Social Security, or credit card numbers.
How to Repeat Redactions across Multiple Pages in PDFs Select the Tools tab (see figure 1). Select the Redact button in the Tools Center (see figure 2). Select the text or image you want to redact (see figure 3). Right-click the selection and select Repeat mark across pages from the shortcut menu.
Step # 3: Highlight the text you want to black out. Step # 4: Right-click on the highlighted text and select "Properties" from the dropdown menu. Step # 5: In the Properties window, click on the "Fill" tab. Step # 6: Choose the color you want to use to black out the text.
Select the highlighter tool from the horizontal toolbox located at the top of the PDF editor. Select the desired color of your highlighter tool. Click and drag the cursor to select the text area to highlight, releasing when you've finished.
