It was easy to use, my one complaint would be exporting one document at a time was time consuming. Wish I could have selected all documents to export one time.

An easy to use program, great features, that allows you to complete and edit PDF forms. I'm no computer expert, but found this program straight forward to follow. Makes completing forms online so much easier than printing onto paper and filling out the long way. Would highly recommend it.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The premise of your question that lawyers prefer out of court settlements is not based on fact. Most cases are settled because it is better for the client to have a certain outcome than to be subject to the arbitrary uncertainty of a trial decision. It's a win-win scenario as opposed to a win lose scenario.
Settlement is faster, less expensive, and less risky. Most personal injury cases settle out of court, well before trial, and many settle before a personal injury lawsuit even needs to be filed. Settling out of court can provide a number of advantages over litigating a case through to the (often bitter) end.
”Out of court settlement: In civil proceedings, parties to proceedings may, without reference to the Court, at any time before final judgment, offer to settle or compromise all or any of the matters in issue between them. An out-of-court settlement is an amicable agreement which resolves litigation.
Why You Should Consider Going to Trial It is common for plaintiffs to have the option to settle out of court without having to go to trial. Finality: A court decision can be appealed, whereas an out-of-court settlement is considered final when both parties agree to it.
You may be able to cut down on these types of costs by settling out of court. Faster Agreement Settling out of court is generally a lot faster than taking a case to trial where it can take years for the final judgment to happen. Finality Unlike judge or jury decisions, settlements cannot be appealed.
Negotiation. In this process, the opposing parties work to resolve their dispute with the help of their respective representatives. Mediation. In mediation, a neutral third party encourages conflict resolution. Arbitration. Arbitration also introduces an impartial third party.
Expense. Trials involve attorneys, expert witnesses, extensive depositions during the discovery process, travel, and time. Stress. Settlement may reduce some of the stress that a trial can bring on. Privacy. Predictability. Finality.
Most civil cases are settled by mutual agreement between the parties. A dispute can be settled even before a suit is filed. Once a suit is filed, it can be settled before the trial begins, during the trial, while the jury is deliberating, or even after a verdict is rendered.
