I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

Compared to the Gradient Mesh Tool, the Blend Tool is a Live tool, meaning that you can change its object or shape, its color or position, and the blend will be updated live. You can create blends either with the Blend Tool or the Make Blend command.

The Blend tool blends colors as well as shapes and interpolates the intermediate steps to get from one object to the next. The ability to create blends is a fundamental skill for anyone using Illustrator.
