I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Helps get the work done
I like that PDF Filler allows you to create a template and and works with interrogation apps so I can have forms filled in that I need for Every Client easily done.
With a Quick scan of any Paper form I can fill in without any challenges.
to print a Doc it is a Little slow but not to bad cant really think of any other cons

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

It usually takes a while or is difficult to edit a document, but with PdfFiller, it's easier and faster. I can take a form I often use, and instead of entering the information every time, I can change the date

Customer ******* is *********! The support staff (****) spent 45 minutes with me getting through the steps I needed to save and print my document. **** was extremely patient and walked me through the steps a second time. I give them a five!!

What do you like best?
It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it.

I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.

It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.

What is blended payment?
Blended payments are a way of repaying a loan that sets equal monthly payments of principal and interest (blended) over an agreed-upon amortization period. By contrast, in a principal + interest arrangement, the borrower pays back the same amount of principal each month, plus a steadily decreasing interest payment.
What does a blended rate mean?
A blended rate is an interest rate charged on a loan that represents the combination of a previous rate and a new rate. Blended rates are usually offered through the refinancing of existing loans that are charged a rate of interest that is higher than the old loan's rate, but lower than the rate on a brand-new loan.
How do I calculate a blended rate?
The blended interest rate for a set of loans is the total amount of interest paid per year divided by the total principal. You can compute the interest paid per year by using the interest rates of the individual loans.
