Write your signature at the size needed on thick white paper. Scan in the signature at 300 dpi, black and white. Start Microsoft Word and create a new document. In Word 2003 Choose Insert>Picture>From File Find the TIFF image you scanned earlier. Select the image by clicking on it once.
Place the desired stamp on a PDF (create a blank one for this purpose if necessary). Right-click the stamp and select Properties to open the Stamp's Properties tab. In the Appearance section of the Properties tab, click Delete.
Go to Markup > Stamp > Create Stamp. Enter a memorable name for the stamp in the Subject field. Choose a template as a starting point from the Template menu. Set the Width and Height (in inches) as well as the Opacity and Text Color & Line Color. Click OK.

To export a stamp, go to the Stamps folder (C:\\Programmatic\\Blue beam Software\\Blue beam Rev\\2018\\Stamps) from Windows File Explorer. From there, you can email or upload the desired PDF to a shared network drive, or another file sharing system.
