The Product concept is very nice the use of tools are simple. Things that I don't like are is that you are required to select Continue in Browser when click the Hyper Link, this for me is an unwanted and in needed step.
The App I wish would allow you to search your fillable files, without the Link/Code or QR code you cannot use it. Would be more willing to use the App if this was a feature.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Makes work so much easier
It makes my life so much easier
As a credentialing manager I am constantly filling out paper work. This application makes it so much easier for me. Instead of downloading forms, filling them out and then re scanning to send forms, I just use PDFfiller.

I liked the flexibility to edit and make changes in my document.
Its rare to get something like this, especially for a pdf format. for me it made things easier as I was working on a pdf document and I wanted to make a few changes on it without converting to a word document.

Easy to use
I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too.

As an accountant
