My experience on line with anything new is always a bit frustrating because of my inexperience. That said I was able to complete my form and print it out in one sitting

I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

The Watermark Certification Scheme (Scheme) is a mandatory certification scheme for plumbing and drainage products to ensure they are fit for purpose and appropriately authorized for use in plumbing and drainage installations. These materials and products are certified and authorized for use through The Scheme.
Place the dry stamp face down in a clean tray or dish made of black glass or plastic. Apply a few drops of watermark fluid directly to the back of the stamp, just enough to fully saturate the paper. Because the fluid evaporates quickly, look at the back of the saturated stamp and take note of the watermark pattern.
To see if your stamp has a watermark, place it face down in a watermark tray, and pour enough watermark fluid over it to cover completely. (Never use water.) The watermark should be visible. How well it shows varies with the stamp. You may not see a whole letter or design, but only part of one.
Luminescence detection has been used by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for the detection and orientation of stamps on mail pieces. The USPS has relied upon luminescence detection for almost 45 years to identify stamp authenticity and to orient letters processed by automatic sorting machines.
The term inverted watermark refers to when a watermark is upside down in relation to its normal configuration. For example, the first Australian Kangaroo stamps have a watermark of a crown over the letter A. Watermark upright is the normal state.
The first watermark that appeared on U.S. postage stamps was the “double-line” USPS, for “United States Postage Stamp”, first used in 1895 on the “First Bureau Issues”. The watermarks were always applied parallel to the top edge of the paper and are never found in any orientation other than the eight described.
All US postage stamps are coated with an invisible pageant that is detectable under ultraviolet light. When letters are inducted into the cancellation process they are also scanned by a UV light.
The green form will tell you if the stamp is a fake or if the stamp is real. If it's real, keep the entire thing together as one piece. The stamp with the certificate attached is now much more sellable. If it's a fake, they enclose a note asking you to donate it back to APS.
