PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Generally very good. When you print it saves first which I don't want it to do and "Save As" does not allow you to rename which is not right. Other than that, it does what you want.

easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...

Thank you for your services! I’ve been working on a very important document to correct my military records, for seven years I’ve been working towards correcting an Ilegal discharge from active duty from the Army. In February I received news that changed my while direction so I started over from scratch. My draft is now complete and now I have all the evidence and events storyboard complete. There was a very important PDF from 2012 that is no longer available on the .gov website so I resorted to Google and found it on your site. Your site helped me to gather the necessary blank PDF forms that proved they did indeed break thelaw. It was a lifesaver for me!

It was a great team friendly program that made things get done a lot faster and more efficiently even in large with large numbers working on the same thing.
Makes getting multiple groups of people working on one thing done faster with not all having to come to the same place.
Sometimes it was difficult trying to download the papers once the words were added.
