I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

Need clients to complete a form and/or sign a document; pdfFiller is the perfect tool.
I needed a way for clients to access a fillable PDF via link multiple times throughout a process and give access to this same form to other team members to sign off on different stages of the process.
pdfFiller made this very easy to do I was able to teach this to my team in 10 minutes so we were able to integrate this into our workflow.
Easy to use, even if you have no experience creating fillable forms or verified digital signatures.
It only manages very basic workflows, however, their sister app AirSlate does full workflow management, so if you need something a bit more robust, that's a great option!

integrating pdfFiller has been a breeze, my team use it everyday to send out dozens of branded quote documents and it's never failed us.

How do I block a calendar on Home away?
Log in to your account. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit. Click the Calendar icon in the left navigation menu. Click Reservations. Click the plus sign icon (+) at the top of the page.
Can you change dates on VRB?
You can edit a quote to change rental dates and rates, add extra fees, specify sales and lodging taxes, and include damage protection. Make edits to dates, rental amount, number of guests, taxes, fees or damage protection as needed. Click Save. Add a message to the traveler if needed.
How far out can you book on VRB?
You control how far in advance you accept bookings (up to 24 months), and how close to the check-in date a traveler can book with you (no less than 1 day).
How do you effectively block time?
Spend at least 10 minutes filling your time blocks. Accurately estimate how long it takes to complete a given task. Breakdown big tasks into small chunks. Plan for unexpected interruptions.
How do you use time blocking method?
Step 1: Divide a piece of ruled paper into two columns. On the left column allocate every two lines to each hour or 5-minute block of the day (whichever you prefer). Step 2: Estimate the amount of time each task is going to take to complete, then write these tasks on the left column with their respective time blocks.
