Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. I prayed again this morning and low and behold, your site was simple as apples to apples. I gave God the biggest smile and thank you for solving my nightmare to fill out the contractors 1099-misc for 2016. Late I am and was because of my health, and the contractor didn't sign the W-9 form which I had waited for which he finally emailed it to me. the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

customer service excellent. removed one star for irritating Watermark and Filler buttons right next to the page scroll bar … way too easy to accidently add them … hence the need to contact support

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

It is an amazing tool
It is an amazing tool. However, it is too expensive for me right now. Maybe with an option of an annual membership of $50, I will think about keeping it. However, $30 / month I cannot afford it.

I teach 3rd grade and most of the resources and district resources are in PDF or Doc Hub format. This does not allow my students to fill these kinds of worksheets out online. That was a problem until now. pdfFiller is saving me time and effort in preparing lessons for my students.
