9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

It was very good. However, I would be interested in the webinar because I have not figured out how to download a document from another site to my account as I was advised by the support person.

What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.

I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!

If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!

A must have!!
This is a must have for anyone that uses PDF's alot. It can save you a ton of time.
This software is awesome, I love that you can take any PDF and alter it. It is easy to use and comes in handy.
I wish this software was more set up like Word, as in the features and where things are located. Some of the features are hard to find.

It makes pdf documents manageable !! Everyone has some reason to love it!
You have to need it for every day utilization to deserve to buy.
You can do anything on a pdf document. Of course the basic features as to sign, insert date and page number. Highlight words, insert marks, cyrcle a word or an item.Insert an image easily. More specific features: eraser tool, text box, drop down menu (for someone to choose from) and verification of the document! All languages are supported.
The cost is quite salty.. and the history version is missing. Page scroll down is a bit unconvinient that wastes me time in large documents..

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

How do I refuse to pay an invoice?
Contact the Client. Email your clients and remind them that you haven't received payment. Offer Options. Settle for Less. Hire a Collection Agency. Small Claims Court.
What happens if you refuse to pay an invoice?
Statutory Demand If the debtor does not pay within 21 days of receiving the demand, a creditor may then apply to the court to request bankruptcy (if an individual) or a winding up (if a company) if the debt is not paid. It is a relatively quick and inexpensive way to determine if a debtor will pay the debt owed.
What happens when you don't pay an invoice?
Consult an Attorney If you don't want to use invoice factoring or consult a collection agency, but you still aren't getting payments, consider consulting an attorney. If you're owed multiple thousands of dollars or more, taking legal action may be your best bet.
Can you refuse to pay for a service?
If your client refuses to pay after a reasonable amount of time and collection effort, you can take him to small claims court. Usually, the fees for small claims cases are fairly low, and you can present your case without a lawyer. However, small claims courts limit the amount for which you can sue.

Invoices themselves are not legally binding and, without supporting paperwork and other evidence, the recipient does not have to pay them if they have an issue with them. An invoice might be disputed for any number of reasons: Faulty/poor goods/service.

That's a polite way of asking for payment. Invoices are a culturally acceptable way of asking for money. That doesn't mean you can't be paid before sending an invoice, but it is the way that most business transactions work. Write a letter stating that if the client doesn't pay within x days (don't give them too long five days is fine after all this time), you'll charge them for late payment interest and compensation. Also state that the interest will continue to accrue until the whole debt is repaid.
