The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software. Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs. Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it. May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! A+++ Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This is the Block Out Signature Log panel.

In the Block Out Signature Log panel, you will see a list of all the signatures present in the document. Each signature will have a checkbox next to it.

To block out a signature, simply check the checkbox next to it. This will add a black box over the signature, effectively blocking it out.

If you want to unblock a signature, simply uncheck the checkbox next to it. The black box will be removed, revealing the signature again.

You can also use the search bar at the top of the Block Out Signature Log panel to quickly find a specific signature.

Once you have blocked out all the necessary signatures, you can save the document by clicking on the 'Save' button at the top of the page.
