I know that most IRS forms are free and can be saved to my files, however sometimes trying to download the forms is difficult to do. PD Filler is much more user friendly and easy to follow.

Faced with the daunting task of filling in the complete IRS 990 (due to the dissolution of a 501c7 non-profit corporation of which I was the treasurer) I have found that the PDFfiller program is a real godsend -- so much so that I almost regret not having an excuse to continue as a subscriber once the trial-period expires. What is a stamp block?
In philately, a block is a group of four or more separated stamps. Blocks are of interest not only because they are rarer than individual stamps, but they also preserve relative positions of stamps as they were originally printed, information that is crucial to understanding how the stamps were produced.
What is a stamp plate block?
Plate blocks, also known as plate-number blocks, refer to stamps that are still attached to their original sheet and including the serial number of the printing plate in the sheet's margin or selvage. The format of the plate-block numbers depends on when the stamps were printed, and who did the printing.
Are stamp plate blocks valuable?
With few exceptions, plate blocks of the 1940s through 1960s aren't worth anything much over face value. In fact, on the resale level, you'd be lucky to get face value, as quantities of these stamps can often go for a discount well below that.
How many stamps are in a block?
As their name suggests, blocks are always made up of at least two rows of stamps (e.g.: 2 stamps high x 2 stamps wide), thereby forming a square or rectangular shape depending on the stamp's dimensions. A stamp block can be four of the same stamp, or be four stamps from a series in subtenant form.
What is an overprint stamp?
An overprint is an additional layer of text or graphics added to the face of a postage stamp, banknote or postal stationery after it has been printed. Post offices most often use overprints for internal administrative purposes such as accounting, but they are also employed in public mail.

What is a stamping block?
Stamping blocks are a tool used with acrylic stamps and are sold separately from the stamps. A clear, acrylic stamp will cling to a stamping block, then you can use the block to press the stamp onto your paper, fabric, or material of choice.
