I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. Initially, I wasn't too sure on how to use the various features and tools available. I took my time to read each area carefully, used the "help" icon. Very pleased with the results of todays work.

OK. some limitations, like I need conditional logic, so if someone checks the Yes box for a question, then require them to fill out other fields. Need this conditional logic functionality, critical for my application. Else not sure PDFFiller will be useful to us.

Once document is finished, it is always like a Easter egg hunt to find its saved location on my PC. Should be in downloads folder, but guess again!

PDF filler allows one to complete a complicated form in legible printed characters. This makes a very good impression with clients, banks and other recipients of the finished document.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.
