I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is

I have not used any other feature but editing the documents. it is so far to my satisfactory
What do you dislike?
when we need to have more than 2 files on the screen for editing by switching one from another to compare , i ound that i not able to do so, we have to close one and then open another another one, this will course losing the data and takes time ( that could be the possibility that features are there but i don't know how to use it at same time,

i usually use pdFiller to edit the shipping documents that are not in compliance with requirements that officials need for format of the documents , contents of the documents ,such as some information are missing as the documents

Well I am finding this to be quite convenient and plus having all types of forms, but since most things come in PDF I am loving it for my small business, I can duplicate the state tax for for each company and only fill in the "seller" info and that is so time saving! I think I am going to absolutely love this, its my first day here and already feel super pleased!
