RECOMMENDED This app/website is really good. It is easier and it has some features that is really useful if you're dealing with pdf files all day long. The downside tho, it is quite pricey for me. But if you're okay with the price, consider subscribe to their service, very recommended.

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. I had an occasion to need a form filler on a ***. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I dont need a *** form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my ****** account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a *** form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

In accounting, a sales receipt is a document that provides evidence of a sale transaction between a buyer and a seller. It typically includes information such as the date of the sale, the items sold, the quantities, the prices, any applicable taxes or discounts, and the payment method.
Item Receipts Open the item receipt. Go to the Reports tab, then select Transaction Journal. Click the Customize button. Set the appropriate reporting date. In the Columns menu, select the Item, Item Description, Qty, and Amount column. Hit OK.
Select Transactions, then select the All sales tab. Select the sales receipt, invoice, or payment you want to apply a refund to. In the footer, select More, then select Refund. Review the transaction info, then select Save and close.
QuickBooks uses your default template each time you make a new invoice, sales receipt, or estimate. You can select a different template for specific transactions directly from the form: Create or open an existing invoice, sales receipt, or estimate. Select Customize in the footer.
How to edit a recurring transaction: Select the Gear icon and select Recurring Transactions. Select the appropriate template and select Edit. On the top left of the screen you can edit the name of your recurring template, what type, and if set to Reminder, Unscheduled or Scheduled.
What to include on a receipt. Your business name, address, and phone number. Sale date and time. Transaction number. Product or service description. Cost. Tax, if required.
Once the sales receipt is open, locate and click on the 'Delete' button to initiate the deletion action within QuickBooks. You can find the 'Delete' button at the top of the sales receipt window, usually next to other action buttons.
In the Money in section, select Sales receipts or Invoice payments. Select the sales receipt or invoice payment that you want to edit. Select Edit ✎. Make changes, then select Save.
