On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it. Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

Re: Asuncion warranty While sometimes you have to fight a bit with Asuncion they will replace your replaced device without a deductible so long as its not accidental damage. Basically if there is no evidence that the device was mishandled and/or water damaged then there will be no replacement cost within the first year.
If you reported the phone lost or stolen, and Asuncion replaced it, the lost or stolen phone, if it's found, is blacklisted, and will remain so. Keeping a phone you made an insurance claim on is fraud on your part.
