Brand Tag PDF: edit PDFs from anywhere

Since PDF is the most preferred file format used in business, using the best PDF editing tool is a necessity.

If you aren't using PDF as a standard file format, it's simple to convert any other type into it. You can also make just one PDF file to replace multiple files of different formats. The Portable Document Format is also the best option in case you want to control the appearance of your content.

Though numerous online solutions offer PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding e-signatures, collaborating with others etc.

pdfFiller’s editor includes features for annotating, editing, converting PDFs to other formats, adding electronic signatures, and completing forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editor available in your browser. You don’t have to download any programs. It’s a complete platform available from any device with an internet connection.

Use one of these methods to upload your form template and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Upload a document from the cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
03
Browse the Legal library.
04
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your sample.
05
Search for the form you need in the catalog.

Once a document is uploaded, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Change a template’s page order. Add and edit visual content. Ask other people to complete the fields and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

I love this app just wish when using the Text Feature, when filling in a form with white space, that you could move the text box if it is not aligned .

A tagged PDF includes hidden accessibility markups that, when properly applied, help to optimize the reading experience of those who use screen readers and other assistive technology (AT). Tags provide a logical structure that governs how the document content is presented through assistive technology.
Open File Explorer. Click Downloads. Right-click the file you'd like to tag and choose Properties. Switch over to the Details tab. At the bottom of the Description heading, you'll see Tags. Add a descriptive tag or two (you can add as many as you'd like). Press Enter when you're done. Press OK to save the change.
Tagged PDF is a PDF file that contains meta-information around certain groups of PDF instructions inside a page content. This meta-information has many use cases: Text-extraction, content-reflow, document accessibility, geographic information in PDF containing maps, etc.
Tags are the key to accessing a PDF document's content with assistive technology. When a tagged PDF is created, each page element in the document is tagged. Each tag identifies the type of content and stores some attributes about it.
Document Tagging is the general process of adding extra information to documents. It includes static additions to the documents (for example, adding information from Education into the document) or more dynamic information (for example, marking a document for further analysis or workflow).
